Dear Valued Men’s Golf Association Members,

 

The Mens Golf Association is excited to offer our members a 2024-25 Men’s Day Schedule that will provide events that are both fun and competitive.  Our balanced and improved formats allow for many opportunities to play with friends and to open avenues to meet new and existing members.  Most of our events are flighted so players compete for prizes on a level playing field with players of similar handicap indices.

- The field of players will be flighted by handicap index and tee box

- Members will play from the tee box of their choice conforming to the rule of 80*

- The tee box you choose for Opening Day will remain your tee box for the entire season

- Mixed tee teams will be permitted for all events

- Event prizes will be allocated to teams or players within each flight and skins awarded by flight

- Handicap Indices will be updated prior to each event to promote fair competition

-   Gross prize options, more gross prize events and skins paid in cash

-   Increased number of get togethers and social events

-   Reinvented Member-Guest Day

-   Formats improved by member suggestions
